Every row is compiled by hand from each kommune's own published pages — never scraped, never inferred. The date shown on each card is when that page was last checked, not when the kommune last updated it; municipal pages change often and without notice. Treat this as a starting point, not a live inventory, and always confirm directly with the kommune before acting on it.
A link here means the kommune runs a plot-sales programme — not that plots are in stock today. Municipal URLs change often.
Danish municipalities must generally advertise property publicly before selling (BEK nr. 396 of 3 March 2021). In practice most use a fixed price on a first-come basis; larger parcels usually go to open tender.
